The modules your event system is built from

Every event is different, so we don't sell a fixed package. We assemble your interface from the modules below, following your actual workflow - nothing more, nothing less.

The modules work together: a registration becomes a confirmation email, which becomes a QR ticket, which becomes a live headcount on the day. No copying data between systems.

Foundation and presentation

The public face of the event and how its content is managed.

Custom campaign and event site

A standalone website for the event: a strong opening screen, programme, speakers, venue and sign-up - in your identity.

What it gives you
Campaign and sign-up stay in one visual world, so visitors never drop out because of an unfamiliar platform.
Typical use
The home base of a conference or partner day that your newsletter, LinkedIn campaign and invitations all point to.

Custom event website

Programme, speakers, venues and map

A programme split into tracks, speaker profiles, venue details, travel information and a map, with a downloadable agenda.

What it gives you
The site answers the most common questions - when, where, who, how do I get there - instead of your inbox.
Typical use
A multi-room conference where visitors put together their own agenda.

Ticketing and payments

Automated emails, confirmations and reminders

On-brand, personalised messages: sign-up confirmation, calendar entry, reminders, change notices and thank-you emails.

What it gives you
Nothing needs confirming by hand, and a well-timed reminder measurably reduces no-shows.
Typical use
A free professional event where weeks pass between registration and the event itself.

Named invitation links, plus-ones, RSVP tracking and gated content only invitees can reach.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Most projects start with three or four: a custom site, registration, automated emails and check-in. The rest can be added later.
