This notice explains how personal data is processed in connection with the Rendezvényweboldal.hu website, primarily when you complete the contact form, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process
When you complete the contact form we process the following:
- Contact details (the email address or phone number you provide) - required, as we cannot reply without it.
- Company name - optional, to understand the context of your enquiry.
- Message content - the information you voluntarily share about your planned event.
- Technical data used to prevent abuse (for example the time of submission and rate-limiting information derived from the request IP address).
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain the related correspondence. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given via the checkbox before submission, or Article 6(1)(b) where steps prior to entering into a contract are involved. Technical processing to prevent spam relies on the legitimate interest basis under Article 6(1)(f).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, so that any later conversation has context. If a contractual relationship is established, contractual and statutory retention rules apply to the related data. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Who has access
Access is limited to the people involved in answering your enquiry. We use an email delivery provider as a processor to transmit the message, and hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the website. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and measurement
Beyond the technical data required for operation, this website does not use profiling cookies for marketing. If web analytics is introduced in future, it will be done with prior information and - where required - consent.
Attendees of our clients' events
When we build registration, ticketing or check-in solutions for a client's event, the client is the controller of attendee data and we act as a processor under a written data processing agreement. The privacy terms of that specific event are set out in the client's own notice.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can submit requests through the contact form or the contact details listed above.
Remedies
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or bring the matter before a court. NAIH's contact details are available on the authority's official website.
